We accept items for size exchange only within 5 days of when item was received. Item must be unworn and in original condition. If your item has a defect, we'll replace it at no cost, send us an email at info@fhenam.com. Please email us with your order number and size you would like to exchange for and send your item to:1400 Veterans Memorial Hwy SE STE 134-Box 176 Mableton, GA 30126, United States.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your replacement item. Tracking will be provided once your replacement item has shipped.

* DUE TO COVID-19 ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP. PLEASE REMAIN PATIENT WHILE WE GET THROUGH THIS ORDEAL. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, WE WILL MAKE SURE ALL ORDERS ARE FULFILLED!

To return your product for a size exchange, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
