What company do you use to ship?

We typically ship using USPS but we use all shipping companies.

How long will it take before my item ships?

* DUE TO COVID-19 ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 8-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP. PLEASE REMAIN PATIENT WHILE WE GET THROUGH THIS ORDEAL. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, WE WILL MAKE SURE ALL ORDERS ARE FULFILLED!

Due to current sales volume orders may take up to 7 business days to process and ship but typically will ship within 3 business days.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit card payments and PayPal.

Return Policy

We accept items for size exchange only within 3 days of when item was received. Item must be unworn and in original condition. If your item has a defect, we'll exchange it at no cost. For an exchange, email us at info@fhenam.com with your order number and describe the sizing issue.
